Which Presidential Candidate
Will Be a Better Friend to Florida?

With Florida’s Presidential Primary scheduled for January 29, 2008 and Florida destined to again be one of the most closely contested “battleground states,” voters are challenged to sort through the casting call of candidates and pick a U.S. president that will lead Florida and the country to a brighter future.

Sun-Sentinel Dueling Columnists Stephen Goldstein and Kingsley Guy will size up the state’s strengths and weaknesses and how the policies and proposals of the current presidential candidates might impact Floridians in the next four years and beyond.

Speakers:

Stephen L. Goldstein, author and talk show host, has been a Sun-Sentinel op-ed columnist since 2005. He hosts “Fundraising Success,” a weekly one-hour radio program on WXEL National Public Radio and is a nationally-recognized fundraising executive.

Kingsley Guy, former Sun-Sentinel editorial page editor, was a member of the Sun-Sentinel staff for more than 30 years. He retired in 2006 after 23 years as editorial page editor and currently writes an opinion column for the paper.
